The SOS Security and Emergency Pole by Hikvision —also known as an SOS Totem, Smart & Security Pole or panic pole— is an outdoor emergency communication station, built on Hikvision technology, designed for smart cities and spaces requiring rapid response to security incidents. Emergency communication Features an SOS button, a 4 MP HD camera and two-way audio through a microphone and a 30 W speaker, with a red/blue emergency beacon visible at a distance. IP65 protection against dust and water, with anti-vandal protection across the whole body. Connectivity and storage Ethernet ports for wired network connection, local storage on a MicroSD card of up to 256 GB, and alarm inputs/outputs for integration with complementary security systems. SOS Master Command Station Each network of SOS Poles can be managed from a dedicated Master Command Station built to receive alarms and manage communication and video with the SOS devices: call reception, origin-point identification, two-way communication, real-time video viewing and management of the connected devices and stations. Monitoring and remote management platform The software licensing allows viewing operating statistics and indicators, the status of each pole, managing alarms and events, monitoring connected cameras and devices, controlling LED and programmable functions, administering users and permissions, and keeping identification and inventory of each unit.
